Meet Maximus

We received an emergency signal from locals about 100 miles from where we live about an abandoned puppy near the railroad station. The locals have seen him hiding under the trains and traversing the railroads alone. The temperature there goes as low as -15°C = 5 °F which is a hazard for any stray animals, let alone having no food or water in the cold.
